This session will have a warm up and then a time trial followed by cool down skating. Time Trials intended to allow you to benchmark your progress throughout the skating season. Skate for a personal best clock time! Offical results are taken and posted on our time trials page. This session is guided by the race team.

This session is coached by the club race team and will provide an introduction to race team style training.
Located in Golden Gate Park, the 2008 San Francisco Inline Skate Marathon's full marathon features $3,100 of prize money in the Pro categories for men and women. Whether you skate the full marathon (26.2 miles, eleven laps) half marathon (13.1 miles, six laps), or the three-lap Super-K, it will be the highlight of your spring!

Get involved in this year's Tour Nortel in which takes place on Sunday, May 4th at the Nortel Carling Campus. Folks are smiling, the energy is electric and it is a day of good fun. You can stroll along the pleasant scenery, in-line skate or cycle in one of the tours. There are super on- site family activities, games and food for young and old. Bring the family, friends and encourage everyone to come out because they will not regret it.
The Tour Nortel is a recreational tour which benefits the CHEO foundation, Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Support Programs and Ronald McDonald House. The registration fee is $25, but participants are encouraged to collect donations.

The inline skating tour is a fun and unique opportunity to skate on major roads in Nepean and Kanata that have been closed off to traffic. Please note that there is a fairly large hill on the course and skaters must be able to brake and control their speed while descending.
The 12km inline skating tour starts at 10:00 AM on Sunday May 4, 2008. Participants may skate until the roads re-open at 12:30 PM.
Held at the P8 venue, this tuesday night session will be a technique clinic coached by Dominique Larocque a former national inline skating champion.
The K2 Fun-Fit Wednesday Social Skates are all about fun, fitness & friends. This group’s focus is mostly recreational skating as a way to enjoy the outdoors and adopt a more active lifestyle. Come out and enjoy the Ottawa paths for a couple of hours of skating and then refuel with us at a local restaurant or pub.
Each Wednesday session starts at 6:15 pm with introductions and announcements, then we get ready to roll at 6:30 pm for 15-20 km of fun skating. Later this year we will introduce yoga with Andrea and Lisa at 5:45 before hitting the paths. Stay tuned for an announcement about when that will begin.

This Thursday Night Technique session will be coached by Barry Publow, internationally-renowned coach and author of 'Speed on Skates' and 'Inline Skating: The Science of Speed'.
Thursday Night Technique sessions focus more on technique but still offer fitness training through pack skating, interval training and more. These sessions are aimed at skaters of all skill levels, however basic skils are required. If you have never skated before or feel uncomfortable on your skates, you should try our Learn to Skate program first.
