Invitational #2 - Results!
Each event scores points, total of points is used for overall ranking. The points system has changed; within each group of 8 skaters, all 8 skaters are ranked from 1st place to 8th, the 1st skater gets 8 points, and the 8th skater gets 1point.
The exception to this is the 200m heats. Top three skaters in the A final receive 6, 4 and 2 poins from 1st down to 3rd. Skaters in the B final receive 5, 3 and 1 points from 1st down to third (to avoid a B final skater ranking higher than an A final skater).
In the event that there is a tie skaters with a higher 300m qualification time or a better 200m heats position will rank higher.
