Club excursions to Le P'tit Train du Nord
94 km of paved skating paradise in heart of the Laurentians!

Le P'tit Train du Nord is an old railroad converted into a 200KM path meandering through the beautiful Laurentian countryside, with a 93.5 KM section from Labelle to Mont Laurier paved in 2003. This trail is ideal for inline skating as the railroad has smooth asphalt and a maximum grade of 6 degrees.
This year, the club will conduct monthly excursions to Le P’tit Train du Nord from June to September. OISC will be coordinating an overnight event in August to skate from Labelle to Mont Laurier on Saturday, stay overnight in Mont Laurier and return on Sunday. For skaters unable to skate 94K each day, a pick up will be arranged at the half way point both days.
