At InlineOttawa.com we The Ottawa Inline Skating Club seek to provide skaters with the highest quality experience, whether it is through training, online services or clothing. However, occasionally for one reason or another, you may want a refund.

Please read our refund policy to find out more about what goods and services are refundable and how you may request a refund.

Note that the club executive reserves the right to grant a refund on a case by case basis, taking into account, medical or other unexpected circumstances. IN GENERAL THE CLUB DOES NOT GRANT REFUNDS except as described below.

Club Clothing

Club clothing may IN GENERAL BE EXCHANGED FOR EQUAL VALUE CLOTHING. If you find club clothing to be damaged when you receive it, or to be the incorrect size/fit, we will provide you with equal value clothing in any of the sizes we have in stock.

If the club can not provide you with equivalent value clothing within an acceptable size range, the club executive reserves the right to provide you with a full refund.

Note however that we DO NOT ship any goods via mail or courier services. You must arrange to meet with a member of our club executive at an official club practice, or other club related event to make the exchange/refund.

Club Programming

Services Fees for activities such as, but not limited to, annual memberships, indoor skating, 24 Hours teams, weekend clinics, or club excursions are IN GENERAL NON-REFUNDABLE.

However, on a case by case basis, the executive team reserves the right to allow refunds for medical or other exceptional reasons. If you believe you your case to be exceptional you may contact our us be email (treasurer@inlineottawa.com) to present your case.

Note that with the club's "Try Before You Buy" policy, you may participate in one of our training nights at no cost. You must however point out your intentions to the coach in charge. Skaters are encouraged to use this one time free session before buying a membership

Club Races

For club-organized races such as, but not limited, to the Ottawa Inline Festival ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS will be made available. Such Races are typically held rain or shine. If such racing events are canceled due to some unforeseen reason, the club will NOT offer any cancellation refund, NOR will the club offer credit towards any other club programming, goods or services.

Billing Issues

If you have been billed incorrectly you may contact us by email (treasurer@inlineottawa.com) and an appropriate credit to your credit card will be made. A cash credit will provided in the exceptional circumstance where a credit card was not used to purchase goods or services from the club.
