The Presqu'ile Provincial Park is located between Toronto and Kingston and has one of Ontario's longest sandy beaches. There are walking/running trails but best of all there is a paved 4km loop by Lake Ontario that is ideal for skating.
Le P'tit Train du Nord
Le P'tit Train du Nord is an old railroad converted into a 96 km paved path meandering through the beautiful Laurentian countryside from Labelle to Mont Laurier. This trail is ideal for inline skating as the railroad has smooth asphalt and a maximum grade of 6 degrees.
This year we will be having outings to in June and July.
Turkey Roll
The Turkey Roll is along distance social skate to enjoy the blissfully smooth recreational paths, great National Capital scenery, and help The Ottawa Food Bank all at the same time.
The Ottawa Inline Social Committee was established to promote the social interaction among club members through skating activities during the season, and related activities throughout the entire year. Let us know if you have ideas for Social Events and ways to promote camaraderie among the terrific group we have!
