Body Language

Body language. What the heck is that? Well, body language is your body TALKING TO YOU through your many senses! The question is, are you listening? Our bodies are incredibly wise and speak to us all the time. Whether you are mountain biking, inline skating, running, rowing ... your body is sensing the environment and sending you clear signs on how to react and adapt. Unless you start listening with your WHOLE body, instead of simply your mind, you may not perform as well. So, get in tune with your body!
