How to Register

Online registrations will be accepted up until 23:59:59 on Friday September 3 by registering online. This is a fast, easy, convenient, and secure method of registering for the Ottawa Inline Festival.

Please use our paper form for registering if you encounter any problems with our online registration. Fill out the form and bring it and a cash payment to either kit pick up on Saturday or the registration tent on race day. Please note that on race day will will accept CASH ONLY, no cheques, money orders, credit or debit cards will be accepted.

NOTES:

  1. Online registration will close at 23:59:59 on Friday 3 September.
  2. On site event registration closes at noon on race day.
  3. Participants registering after August 23 will not receive a complimentary souvenir T-shirt or have the chance to take advantage of the optional upgrade to a dry-tech shirt for an extra $12 per person.
  4. NROC Skaters: A discount is offered to NROC teams. Discounts apply only to pre-registration. See NROC Discounts table below.
  5. In order to receive the discount, each team must email the OISC by 6 pm on 2 September stating a) the team name, b) the names of team-members that have already signed up for the Triple Crown, and c) who will be picking up the discount on behalf of the team.

NOTE: Discount only applies for pre-registration. Discount amount will be given back to the team on race day.

 

Multiple Events Options

One of the unique features of the Ottawa Inline Festival is the option to add additional events to your participation for just $15 per event. Here's how you do it:

All events will receive the full treatment in terms of timing chips, race bibs, sweat check, finishers medals, event shirt, refreshment area, published results. If you want more than 1 shirt, you have to purchase them additionally.

Heart and Stroke Foundation Fundraising

The Heart and Stroke Foundation, a volunteer-based health charity, leads in eliminating heart disease and stroke and reducing their impact through the advancement of research and its application, the promotion of healthy living and advocacy.

Heart Disease and Stroke combined are the leading cause of death in Canada, however, the mortality rate from heart disease and stroke has decreased by 70% since 1952, thanks in large part to our research.

The Ottawa Inline Skating Festival is a proud supporter of the Heart and Stroke Foundation's Fit for Heart Program. Skaters are encouraged to donate, or collect pledges in support of this program. You can sign up to collect pledges over the Internet, or print out a pledge form for collecting pledges the old fashioned way.

Volunteers with the Heart and Stroke Foundation will have a tent set up in the Festival village to collect pledge forms and envelopes.

Participating with the Heart and Stroke Foundation fundraising is recommended, but not required to participate in the Festival.
